The Rinehart Apartments consists of the installation of the storm sewer system and underground utilities. That included the hydrostatic and disinfection of 5,121 LF of the water distribution system. It also includes the installation of 3,800 LF of gravity sewer along with 5–1250-gallon Grease Traps and one fiberglass wet well for the 320 unit complex.
